To prevent damage to e-commerce, a third party(KIS; official escrow company) securely receives payment from the customer, and pays the seller when the customer notifies the purchase confirmation after delivery of the goods.

Settlement after customer Confirmation

※ If the customer's purchase confirmation or cancellation request is not received within 3 to 6 days of delivery registration, the purchase confirmation will be processed automatically.

From April 2006, escrow services have been mandated for cash transactions in accordance with applicable laws. (Not all products are applicable)
- Non-target : Products that do not require delivery (contents such as online lectures)
- Target : Cash transactions in excess of \50,000 (bank transfer, virtual account)
